These Terms & Conditions are issued by Shree Niketan Extrusion, an ISO 9001:2015 certified aluminium extrusion manufacturer registered and operating in India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Company" refer to Shree Niketan Extrusion.

2. Use of Website

By accessing this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our website without written consent.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to extract data from this website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Products & Orders

All aluminium extrusion profiles listed on this website — including Industrial, Architectural, Standard and Miscellaneous profiles — are subject to the following conditions:

• Product specifications, dimensions and tolerances are provided as guidance only. Final specifications are confirmed in the purchase order.
• All orders are subject to written confirmation from Shree Niketan Extrusion before production commences.
• Custom profile orders require a signed drawing approval before die manufacturing begins.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to certain profiles and will be communicated at the time of quotation.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without providing a reason.
• Images on the website are representative only. Actual product appearance may vary based on alloy grade and surface finish.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted by Shree Niketan Extrusion are subject to the following terms:

• Quotation Validity: All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Currency & GST: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment Terms: Standard terms are 50% advance with order and 50% before dispatch, unless a credit account has been approved in writing.
• Price Variation: Prices are subject to change based on LME aluminium rates. Any variation will be communicated before order confirmation.

Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum from the due date. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries on overdue accounts.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

• Standard lead time is 7–15 working days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt.
• Custom profiles with new die manufacturing carry a lead time of 15–25 working days.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
• Delivery charges are additional and will be quoted separately based on destination and order weight.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes or supply chain disruptions.
• Partial deliveries may be made at our discretion. Each partial delivery constitutes a separate transaction.

6. Quality, Returns & Claims

Shree Niketan Extrusion is ISO 9001:2015 certified and committed to delivering products that meet agreed specifications.

• All products are inspected before dispatch. A test certificate is available on request.
• Claims for visible defects or short delivery must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
• Claims for dimensional non-conformance must be raised within 7 working days with supporting measurement reports.
• Goods must not be processed, cut or fabricated before a claim is raised, as this voids the claim.
• Accepted claims will be resolved by replacement, credit note or refund at our sole discretion.
• Returns are not accepted without prior written authorisation (RMA) from our quality team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product drawings, technical data, logos, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of Shree Niketan Extrusion or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
• Custom die designs and profile drawings created by us remain our intellectual property unless a die ownership agreement is signed.
• Customer-supplied drawings and designs remain the property of the customer. We will not share them with third parties.
• The Shree Niketan Extrusion name, logo and brand marks may not be used without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Niketan Extrusion shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
• Loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill arising from any cause.
• Damage caused by improper use, storage, fabrication or installation of our products.
• Any inaccuracies in product data published on this website — always confirm specifications in writing before ordering.
• Interruption or unavailability of this website for any reason.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the specific order to which the claim relates.

9. Privacy & Data

We are committed to protecting your personal data. When you contact us, request a quote or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect and use your information as follows:

• Data Collected: Name, company name, email address, phone number and enquiry details submitted through our website forms.
• Data Security: Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any transaction with Shree Niketan Extrusion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

• We encourage resolution of disputes through direct negotiation in the first instance.
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Gujarat, India.
